Terms and Conditions
Prices
Prices that are quoted and paid are fixed for passengers who are ready to travel for the booked time.

Phone Bookings
we always take care of all the customers who are call for booking via phone

We will not be responsible any incorrect information provided.

Booking Confirmations
our customers and passengers always will get the confirmation or email confirmation

Journey Reminders, Driver Information and Vehicle Details
our customer or passengers always get the reminder for their booking 2 hours before for their bookings via phone ,SMS OR what’s app

Payments
Payments for Airport Transfers should always be made at least 2 hours before that we can allocate the drivers or if passenger wants to pay we will still have to pay via link with card after getting into car/vehicle by the following methods:

1. Debit or Credit Card, Pay By Link.
Waiting Time Charges
Home and Hotel Pickups
For all the pick ups for private and hotel points we always allow 5 to 6 mints free waiting time .
and after 5 to 6 mints waiting charges will apply up to 10 mints 2 pounds

Airport and Cruise Port Pickups
for all the Airport transfers we allow one hour waiting time free of charges or at the time of booking you can specify the time you need the cab to arrived for specific time.
Vehicle Type
if customer/passengers carry more luggage than said over the phone and our driver arrived to pick the cancelation charges will be applied. or if passenger needs bigger car to fit those bags charges for new car will be different than smaller car .
Additional drop offs and pickups will be charged according to the miles or distance or if the drop off or pickups are on the way than 1 pounds extra for each stop will be added.

Booking Cancellations
A booking for Airport transfers or long journeys can be cancelled in advance by giving at least 30mitns notice. A fee of £6.00 will be deducted for any pre paid transfers which are cancelled.

No show is defined as follows: If passenger does not pick the phone and does not show up at the pick up location as given while booking and drivers waits the cancelation of 6 pounds will be applied
This will include wrong date wrong time bookings.

Liabilities
our company accept no liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions.
Special Fares
Our Prices will be 50% higher on the following dates; 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January. This is due to limited drivers available for work during seasonal periods.
outsourcing
Regardless of whether your booking is carried out by our contracted drivers or outsourced, Online Airport Cars Ltd. will still be responsible for said booking. As a company, we will ensure that remuneration for outsourcing to a third party is taken care of and that your journey is completed in a satisfactory manner.
